Hej hej, salut, hi, kia ora! I've been mulling over what the hell to put on this intimidatingly empty blog page...then I had a brainwave last night. Well, possibly not so much a brainwave, it's not that incredible an idea. It's basically just...an idea. I'm new to this blogging lark (can you tell!) so not sure what to start waffling about, so I thought I'd start with a series on my favourite poems. Oh jeez, see that does sound shit! Well you know what - you don't have to read it! That's right, I give any fool reading this carte blanche to...not read it. It's probably for the best!
To be honest the other option is me expounding on the varied thoughts that fill my head between leaving the office and arriving home....and spilling them onto a blog might stop me watching entire series of comedy on 4od. Blog as self-help. If the poems thing didn't scare you away that sure as hell will!
I look forward to reading myself anyway, and certainly to rediscovering the poems I like. I hope you do too :)
PS - suddenly seized with doubt if that lyric is right....and since some bastards stole my michael jackson from my car in NZ, I can't check!
